First ultrasound and new Beta numbers: Friday, Jan. 2nd at 8am! Be expecting an update and a photo of our littlest family member!

A long awaited post

I haven't posted in nearly a year! I guess life just caught up to me and blogging was the last on my list to do .

A quick run through: We bought a house in Homestead, FL...the education system in Miami-Dade went sour, we couldn't get jobs for the new year and well, now we're in Georgia. Not for long though, we plan to move the 1st week of June. Only 5 more months to go! We won't be living in anything fantastic when we move, adjusting to the crazy prices of the NY/NJ area will leave us living in something less than pretty, I'm sure. Whatever, I'll make the best of it and hope that somehow a miracle will happen and a decent place will open up in May.

Biggest news as of yet: We're expecting! This was a complete surprise but a happy one. After being told for a year that my unexplained infertility was confusing Dr.'s, it happened. Of course, when we least expected it to! Nonetheless, we're thrilled. I'm so cautious and frankly scared every day that I'll wake up and it will just go ::poof:: and be gone. I guess everyone has that until they're out of the 1st trimester. I want to travel into the safe zone faster!

Furniture is here!

Kudos to me ::thank you, thank you:: the furniture is here! We purchased it sight unseen online to get a better deal and it is absolutely perfect. Ashley Durapella in Seafoam. Rug to match = ) The house is finally complete!

Wedding Photos

Our First Post

A new year is beginning and it is one that we have been looking forward to for quite some time. Dane will start student teaching at 7am tomorrow morning and I will begin my first day of my senior year. We made it! It's been an amazing 2 months since the wedding. Being newlyweds feels different in a very strange way. The house is the same, the days are the same, nothing really changed except for the fact that we made it official, which was the greatest moment of our lives.
We go to sleep every night knowing that the rest of our lives lay ahead of us. It may seem odd to some but this happens to be really exciting! We can't wait for what the new year will bring and of course the many years after that!

We will be getting living room furniture sometime during late September, Rosalia is excited for that! haha

The holiday season is fast approaching and we're both looking forward to that. We both love the holidays!
